I did check for OTA updates and there was one, but it must have been a very minor update because it still said FL24 and was still Android 4.0 something. Again, to be clear, this is the Sprint Galaxy II Epic Touch 4G SPH-D710. I got the phone yesterday, activated it on Ting over the phone.
